By using this site you agree to these terms. We may update them from time to time; the version in force at the time of your order applies to that order.
All prices are listed in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel an order (with a full refund) if an item was mispriced or is unexpectedly out of stock.
We describe products as accurately as we can, including natural variation in handmade and small-batch goods (honey colour/set, balm texture). Minor variation from photos is not a fault under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
All content on this site (text, photos, logo) belongs to us or our suppliers and may not be reused without permission.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986, which cannot be excluded by contract. Outside of those rights, our liability is limited to the value of your order.
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
