Where we ship, how long it takes, and what it costs.
We currently ship to addresses within New Zealand only. If you need delivery outside New Zealand, contact us before ordering to check whether we can arrange it.
Orders are packed and handed to our courier within 1-2 business days of payment being confirmed. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.
Delivery times are courier estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by weather, courier volume, or public holidays.
A flat shipping rate is calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. Orders over a qualifying subtotal (see the banner at the top of the site) ship free within New Zealand.
If your order arrives damaged, keep all packaging and contact us within 48 hours with photos -- we'll arrange a replacement or refund under the Consumer Guarantees Act, see our Returns policy.
