Aurelia was founded in 2016 on a simple idea: the most meaningful jewellery is made once, for one person, by hands you can actually meet.
Everything is designed and made in-house in our Auckland CBD studio: consultation, sketching, 3D rendering, casting, stone-setting and polishing all happen under one roof. We deliberately take on a limited number of commissions each year, because every one of them gets the same full attention from first sketch to final reveal.
We work primarily in recycled precious metals and Kimberley Process certified diamonds, and we're happy to walk any client through exactly where their stones and metal came from.
You deal with the person designing and making your piece, not a sales intermediary.

Every piece is cast and finished in our Auckland workshop, visible to you on request.
Certificates, sourcing and pricing are discussed openly, with no pressure to decide on the spot.
We work with a small number of trusted diamond and gemstone suppliers rather than a catalogue, so we can select stones for their character as much as their certificate. Where a client already owns a stone, whether inherited or purchased elsewhere, we assess and work with it directly.
