Your rights under New Zealand law, plus how we handle change-of-mind returns.
Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA), goods we sell must be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and match their description. If an item you receive is faulty, significantly not as described, or not fit for its intended purpose, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund at our cost -- this is separate from, and not limited by, the change-of-mind policy below.
To request a CGA remedy, contact us with your order number and a description (and photos, if the fault is visible) within a reasonable time of discovering the problem.
We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Perishable goods (honey once opened) and hygiene-sensitive items (skincare with a broken seal) cannot be returned for change of mind, for health and safety reasons -- this does not affect your CGA rights for a faulty item.
To start a change-of-mind return, contact us first; we'll confirm eligibility and send return instructions. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is at the customer's cost unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of us receiving the returned item.
This page uses standard NZ Consumer Guarantees Act placeholder language -- replace the bracketed details above with your real return window, processing times, and any category-specific exclusions before launch.
